At least fifteen persons have been shot dead by unknown gunmen around Mgbuoshimini Community in Obio-Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State.

Our correspondent was at the scene of the incident and reports that a husband and wife including a nursing mother were among the fifteen victims that were murdered around Mgbuoshimini Waterside.

The killers went from house to house to carry out the operation that led to the death of more than a dozen including one that was burnt to ashes. Some parents of the victims who were seen at the place of the incident to identify their wards and relatives could not say a word but kept crying over the helpless situation. Continue reading
