The attention of the Rivers State Waste Management Agency (RIWAMA) has been drawn to the criminal activities of one Mr. Gabriel Vitus, who has been parading himself as a Revenue Agent of RIWAMA and extorting huge sums of money from unsuspecting members of the public in the State.
A statement from the Sole Administrator of RIWAMA, Bro. Felix Obuah signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Jerry Needam, said the notorious Mr. Gabriel Vitus is known to be operating around the NTA Road axis with two other men dressed in RIWAMA reflector vest and a lady who also dressed in white shirt and brown skirt uniform, akin to that of a health officer.
Bro. Obuah added that the fake agent, who takes his nefarious activities to other areas of Obio/Akpor and Port Harcourt City, also moves with Mopol Escort and a driver.
The RIWAMA boss also disclosed that Mr. Gabriel Vitus drives around the City, extorting compulsory Sanitation Levies from unsuspecting and defenseless members of the public in the name and fake Identity Card of Rivers State Waste Management Agency (RIWAMA), in the process raking Millions of Naira from them. According to the Vanguard, members of the Arewa Youth Assembly protested in Abuja metropolis demanding that the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader Nnamdi Kanu be arrested.
